Design and Construction
The design phase for your new or renovated home project is an important (and exciting) part of the process. This is where you choose your floor plan, layout, interior and exterior materials and a range of other features that will bring your dream home to life.
Once designs are approved, construction kicks off — including clearing, excavating, laying of foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical and other trades — until your new or renovated home is ready for final inspection. We’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure everything goes according to plan.
Utilities and Interior
Once construction is complete, interior finishing can begin. This includes drywall installation, flooring, lighting and the final installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures. We’ll be onsite throughout this final phase ensuring no detail is missed. This is where all the hard work you did early on, planning and designing every detail of your home with your Grossybuild project manager, will pay dividends — your beautiful new home is almost complete.
Landscaping and Completion
The final touch is the landscaping, installation of amenities and furnishing of your new home — and of course, moving in! We’ll also look after the regulatory stuff like ensuring your new homes meets building codes and safety standards.
